Ordering

Contact Hey Love to make an order. A 50% deposit is required for orders over $100 and is due one week after order is placed. Special arrangements can be made.

Please keep in mind that if you are ordering a print product that includes a photo, a high quality photo that does not include additional touch ups are highly recommended. Hey Love will not accept a photo that is in low resolution, too small, dark, grainy, etc.

Payment

We accept many forms of payment: cash, check, and credit card payments via PayPal (web-based) or Square (in person mobile app). Please make checks payable to Hey Love.

An invoice with approval of proof must be signed before an order begins production.

Delivery

Deliveries are made only within the DC-Metropolitan area and at the moment, deliveries can only be made on Saturdays and Sundays. If delivery arrangements cannot be made, there is an option to ship your order.

Miscellaneous

Please note that Hey Love is still a growing business and is run by just one person who still maintains a full time day job. Planning ahead will provide the best possible results for both parties. Orders that are required within a week of inquiry may be rejected. While I do take pride in my work, a rushed job may not produce the best possible result.
