Figs With Blue Cheese, Honey, and Pistachios
Hi Friends! When you need to whip up a quick snack for your friends, this recipe will come in handy. When I hosted my craft party, I felt this sweet treat was a nice way to keep us nourished as we crafted our way through necklaces.
They're really easy to put together, too! Here's what you'll need:
- Blue Cheese
001. The instructions are super simple and you don't have to measure anything. Start by slicing your figs - enough for each person to have 2-4. These are pretty sweet!
002. Laying the figs cut side up, take about a 1/2 teaspoon of blue cheese and place it into the center of the fig half, slightly pushing it in so it "sticks." Bonus: Want a flavor boost? Stick the figs in the broiler for a few minutes before adding the blue cheese.
003. Take your honey and drizzle it across the figs. There's no need for perfection here.
004. Take your crushed pistachios and drizzle it over your figs. All done!
This quickie appetizer or dessert only takes a few minutes to make. No stress!
