Crafty Hodge Podge
Here are some of the random little things I've been working on lately.
I was so excited when my friend asked me to design her wedding invitations. Inside the "O" it says "is the greatest of all things."
When Krista told me she would be going to Blend Retreat, I "gently nudged" her that she should update her business cards to include the recent purchase of her own domain name! The design was all her idea and I'm glad it came together really well.
My students' graduation show finally came! For our opening number I choreographed a flirty and kind of burlesque-y song, so I thought it would be fun to make everyone tutus. There's actually a part that calls for shimmying our booties at the audience. These were ridiculously easy to make. There are 6 tied to the back of this chair, but I love how much they poof that I'd love to wear them all at once as a giant bustle!
Whenever I get more orders for the "s'more love" tags, it's nice to just be able to catch up on shows, sit on the couch, and punch and cut all the tags.
I did not make this, but I absolutely loved the umbrella installation at Foode in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Especially on a rainy day!
Packing up orders is always my favorite thing to do.
Do you have any fun craft projects going on?
